We are delighted to announce the release of our new Successful Complaints Handling e-learning module.

This module enables you, health service providers, to access  information around best practice with direct resolution of complaints.

The module is available on our learning hub, is free of charge and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. You can access the module at a time that suits you.

You will receive a certificate on completion and can take the course as often as you wish. Please note this course will be a pre-requisite to attending the face-to-face seminars we host throughout the year.
