Often, the first correspondence a practitioner or health service provider might receive from the HCC is with regard to a complaint about their service or an issue related to health records. We understand that this can sometimes be a stressful time for providers, so Felicity explains how the HCC works with providers, explains our purpose and process and how we can assist to resolve these issues and alleviate some of that anxiety. The vast majority of our matters are dealt with in our voluntary complaint resolution process, so we have a real focus on alternative dispute resolution.
