Consultation is now open on complaint handling standards for Victorian health service providers and our service charter. 

The Complaint Handling Standards will apply to all health service providers in Victoria, replacing the current (2020) standards in the Health Complaints Act 2016. 

The HCC Service Charter gives clarity on what services we provide, how we provide them and how people can expect to be treated.

    Our consultations run until October 18, 2023. We'd welcome your your response to some or all of the consutation questions. You can do this by completing the consultation paper or via our online surveys. See details on the consultations page.
