Managing complaints and tricky situations

This free seminar is for patient liaison officers, quality managers and any other staff who deal with complaints in Victorian health services.

Senior complaints resolution staff from the office of the Health Complaints Commissioner will lead the presentation as well as taking participants through scenarios, group tasks and Q&A. They will cover strategies for preventing complaints from escalating and how to focus on the essentials of complaint handling when emotions run high.
