We are consulting from March to June about the development of complaint handling standards, which will apply to all health service providers in Victoria. We're consulting widely to ensure the standards meet the needs and expectations of consumers, and support health service providers to handle complaints effectively and consistently.
There are several ways to participate in this consultation, including providing a written or verbal submission, or attending and sharing your views at one of five open forums across the state. This Melbourne CBD (after hours) open forum will provide a guided discussion of complaint handling issues and relevant considerations for the set of complaint handling standards being drafted. We're keen to hear your thoughts.
