Managing complaints and tricky situations

This free seminar is for patient liaison officers, quality managers and any other staff who deal with complaints in Victorian health services.

Senior complaints resolution staff from the office of the Health Complaints Commissioner will lead the presentation and take participants through relevant scenarios, group tasks and Q&A about managing difficult complaints effectively when emotions run high.
