Temporary change in telephone contact hours
Our phone line opening hours have changed and are now open from 9.30am until 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
We have temporarily changed our phone line operating hours to allow our staff more time to respond to your complaint in a timely way.
We want to deliver the best possible service to you. This means we need to have time to listen to you, ask you questions and talk to you, and others, to gather the information needed to effectively deal with your complaint. Our staff also need time to take action, to give you the best advice, help you when you need it, or try to resolve your complaint.
Rest assured that although we have reduced the time we are available to take new calls, we are giving your complaint the attention needed to resolve it as quickly as possible.
