Ms Cynthia Weinstein must not herself, unless lawfully authorised to do so: prescribe or administer to any person any drug, poison or substance, including but not limited to Oxane HD Silicone Oil / Oxane, or inject or infuse any person with any other substance. unless lawfully authorised to do so. Cynthia Weinstein must not cause, direct or otherwise facilitate the following actions by any person unless that person is a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009 or otherwise authorised by law to perform that action: Prescribe or administer to any person any drug, poison or substance, including, but not limited to, to Oxane HD Silicone Oil / Oxane. Inject or infuse any person with any other substance.

Mr Michael Sergides, also trading as 'Mobile Just Massage', must not: Advertise or cause to be advertised any general health service, paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity; Offer or cause to be offered any general health service paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity; or, Provide or cause to be provided any general health service paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity.
