This free seminar is for consumer liaison officers, quality managers and any other staff involved in complaints management for Victorian health services including sole practitioners. Senior complaints resolution staff from the Health Complaints Commissioner will lead the presentation, group discussion and a Q&A session. The session will cover when to use meetings in complaints resolution, how to set up a successful meeting, who should attend and what to do if things go wrong. The seminar will be held at Level 26, 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
