Fairtrax Pty Ltd (ACN 072 810 112), registered in Doncaster East, Victoria, is a general heath service provider, namely a company, offering and providing complementary and alternative health services.

Richard Presser of Doncaster East, in Victoria, who also trades as ‘Magravs Plasma Products’, is a general heath service provider offering and providing complementary and alternative health services. 

EPA LIFE PTY LTD (ACN 136 944 459) of Hepburn in the State of Victoria provides alternative therapies.

Richard Lawrence Malter, trading as ‘Electromedicine Clinic & Research Lab’ (ABN 45 487 375 337) provides alternative therapies.

Robert Loriente, also trading as ‘Coburg Massage’, is a general health service provider in Coburg providing massage services.

Elite Cosmetic Laser & Skin Clinic Pty Ltd is a general health service provider who provides cosmetic services in Roxburgh Park, Victoria.

Jai Watson of Preston in Victoria is a general health service provider offering and providing alternative and complementary health services, namely Kambô (kambo). Following an investigation into Mr Watson’s delivery of the service Kambô, Mr Watson is prohibited from advertising, offering or providing any general health service (paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity) that involves or is in any way related to, Kambô.

Mr Watson must not establish, direct or otherwise operate any business that provides any general health service that involves, or is in any way related to Kambô. A copy of the Prohibition Order can be found below.

Harjot Kaur is a general health service provider. Following information provided to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Ms Kaur has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of the public. Martina Gorner, director of Ten Moons Pty Ltd, is a general health service provider, providing home birthing services in Victoria.

Following information received, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Ms Gorner has contravened the general Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and welfare. Ten Moons Pty Ltd is a general health service provider, registered in Highett, Victoria, providing home birthing services in Victoria. Following information received, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Ten Moons Pty Ltd has contravened the general Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and welfare.

Quality Cancer Care Pty Ltd is a general health service provider, registered in Melbourne, Victoria. Following information provided to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Quality Cancer Care has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to the health, safety and/or welfare of the public. Kathy Larrene Broady Todd, trading as ‘Discussing Dissociation’, also known as Kathy Broady, is a general health service provider in Queensland, who provides in-person, video and telephone counselling and psychotherapy services. Following information provided, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Ms Broady Todd has contravened the Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or welfare. Noel Rodney Campbell is a general health service provider in Glenroy, Victoria, who provides alternative treatments. Following information provided to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonable believes that Mr Campbell may have breached the General Code of Conduct applying to the provision of health services and has made an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) under the Health Complaints Act 2016 to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public. On 8 February 2021, pursuant to section 90 of the Health Complaints Act 2016 (the Act), the Health Complaints Commissioner (the Commissioner) made an Interim Prohibition Order against general health service provider The Skin Boutique (SX) Pty Ltd, that was due to expire on 2 May 2021. 
Pursuant to section 94 of the Act, the Commissioner has decided to make an Order to revoke that Interim Prohibition Order (the Revocation Order). The Commissioner’s investigation remains ongoing and to avoid a serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of the public, the Commissioner has decided to make a new Interim Prohibition Order under the Act. The terms of the new Interim Prohibition Order are different to those contained in the Interim Prohibition Order made on 8 February 2021. Accordingly, it is appropriate to revoke the Interim Prohibition Order made on 8 February 2021.

The Skin Boutique (SX) Pty Ltd, also trading as 'The Skin Boutique', is a general health service provider who provides cosmetic services in Melbourne, CBD. Following complaints made to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that The Skin Boutique Australia (SX) Pty Ltd has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of the public. Jian Li Melbourne Pty Ltd trading as ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’, ‘Kinly Beauty’ and/or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’ is a general health service provider, providing cosmetic services in Melbourne. Following information received, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’, ‘Kinly Beauty’ and /or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’ has contravened the general Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and welfare. Jianfeng Zhang, director of Jian Li Melbourne Pty Ltd (trading as ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’ and/or ‘Kinly Beauty’ and/or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’), is a general health service provider providing cosmetic services in Melbourne.

Following information received, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’ and/or ‘Kinly Beauty’ and /or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’ and Mr Zhang have contravened the general Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, and that it is necessary to make an interim prohibition order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and welfare.
