Prohibition orders

Angel’s Dreamworld, trading as Angel's Beauty Club, is temporarily banned from causing, directing or facilitating the provision of any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Angel's Dreamworld is also banned from possessing or administering any Schedule 4 drugs for cosmetic use, including Botox and dermal fillers. 

Ying (Angela) Wang is temporarily banned from providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Ying (Angela) Wang is also banned from administering any Schedule 4 drugs for cosmetic use, including Botox. 

Charles Michael Dispenzeri, trading as Massage Australia One and Massage One Supplies, is permanently banned from advertising his business and from providing any general health services that involve physical contact, including massage services, to any female clients. 

CDC Clinics is temporarily banned from causing, directing or facilitating any surgical or medical procedures by any person, unless that person is registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009. This includes any procedures that involve cutting or piercing the skin, cutting under the skin or cauterising. 

Cynthia Weinstein is temporarily banned from undertaking or assisting in any surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin or cauterising. 

CDC Clinics is temporarily banned from causing, directing or facilitating the prescription, administration, injection or infusion of any drug, poison or substance by any person, unless that person is registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009.

Cynthia Weinstein is temporarily banned from prescribing, administering, injecting or infusing any drug, poison or substance unless lawfully authorised to do so.

Charles Michael Dispenzeri is temporarily banned from advertising his business, and from providing any general health services that involve physical contact, including massage services, to any new female clients. 

Regtan Nominees, trading as Mobile Just Massage, is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge). 

Michael Sergides, of Clyde North and Berwick, also trading as Mobile Just Massage, is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge).  

Cynthia Weinstein is temporarily banned from prescribing, administering, injecting or infusing any drug, poison or substance unless lawfully authorised to do so. 

CDC Clinics is temporarily banned from causing, directing or facilitating the prescription, administration, injection or infusion of any drug, poison or substance by any person, unless that person is registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009. 

Dennis Wayne Jensen is permanently banned from providing any general health services (paid or free of charge). Mr Jensen is also banned from claiming that he is qualified, able or willing to cure cancer or any other serious illness and from supplying, promoting or recommending any product, therapy or treatment that he claims can cure or treat cancer. 

Yan Pan, trading as New Kingdom Cosmetic and Laser Clinic, is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services. 

Si Chen, of Melbourne, is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Si Chen is also banned from possessing or storing any Schedule 4 poison, including Botox and dermal fillers. 

Dennis Wayne Jensen is temporarily banned from providing any general health service, claiming or representing that he is qualified, able or willing to cure cancer or other terminal illnesses, and supplying, promoting or recommending any product, therapy or other treatment, including, but not limited to, black salve.

Abebe Trassa Tulu is temporarily banned from providing any general health services and from promoting massage therapy services or any health service that involves physical contact with any person. 

Sparadise Medical and Cosmetic Clinic Pty Ltd is temporarily banned from providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Sparadise Medical and Cosmetic Clinic is also banned from posessing, storing or administering any Schedule 4 drugs for cosmetic use, including Botox. 

Charles Michael Dispenzeri is temporarily banned from advertising his business, and from providing any general health service that involves phsycial contact, including massage services, to any females.

Miao (Judy) Li, trading as Sparadise Medical and Cosmetic Clinic, is temporarily banned from providing any cosmetic surgical and medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments.
