Prohibition orders

Brad T. Williams of Christies Beach South Australia, also trading as Two Wolves - One Body, is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health service that involves, or is any way related to, Kambô (kambo) (paid or free of charge). 

Carlie J. Angel of Christies Beach South Australia, also trading as Two Wolves - One Body, is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health service that involves, or is any way related to, Kambô  (kambo) (paid or free of charge). 

Saralchana Millen is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any massage services (paid or free of charge), including hot stone massage services.

Yumei Wang is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Yumei Wang is also banned from possessing or storing any Schedule 4 poisons, including Botox and dermal fillers. 

Melbourne TT is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Melbourne TT is also banned from possessing or storing any Schedule 4 poisons, including Botox and dermal fillers. 

Liviu Igescu is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge).  

Diana Igescu is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge).

Ying Wang is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments - until she can satisfy the HCC that she has successfully completed training and obtained qualificiations in Australia to provide these procedures. Ying Wang is also banned from possessing and administering any Schedule 4 poisons for cosmetic use, including Botox and dermal fillers.  

Angel’s Dreamworld, also trading as Angel's Beauty Club, is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments - until Angel’s can satisfy the HCC that all procedures will be provided in accordance with the Code of Conduct for general health services. Angel's is also banned from possessing and administering any Schedule 4 poisons for cosmetic use, including Botox and dermal fillers.  

Yufei Mo (Euphy), trading as Little M Image Management Workshop Studio and Little M, is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Yufei Mo is also banned from possessing and administering any Schedule 4 poison for cosmetic use, including Botox and dermal fillers. 

Jing Sun (Mina), trading as Little M Image Management Workshop Studio and Little M, is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Jing Sun is also banned from possessing and administering any Schedule 4 poison for cosmetic use, including Botox and dermal fillers. 

Beatriz Masiero Vrettos is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any counselling or psychotherapy services (paid or free of charge), including by Skype or by phone. 

Robert Frank Mittiga (also known as Robert Frank and/or Roberto Cialdini), is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge).

Regtan Nominees, trading as Mobile Just Massage, is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge).

Michael Sergides, of Berwick, is permanently banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge). 

Dennis Wayne Jensen, of North Warrandyte, is permanently banned from importing, manufacturing or compounding any product or substance that he (or anyone else) claims can cure or treat cancer or other serious disease or illness. 

Melbourne TT is temporarily banned from causing, directing or facilitating the provision of any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures, including those that involve cutting the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Melbourne TT is also banned from possessing or administering any Schedule 4 drugs for cosmetic use, including Botox and dermal fillers. 

Yu Mei Wang is temporarily banned from providing any cosmetic surgical and medical procedures, including those that involve cutting or piercing the skin, such as injectable cosmetic treatments. Yu Mei Wang is also banned from possessing or administering any Schedule 4 drugs for cosmetic use, such as Botox or dermal fillers. 

Michael Sergides, of Clyde North and Berwick, trading as Mobile Just Massage, is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge). 

Regtan Nominees, trading as Mobile Just Massage, is temporarily banned from advertising, offering or providing any general health services (paid or free of charge).
