Prohibition orders

Jian Li Melbourne Pty Ltd trading as ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’, ‘Kinly Beauty’ and/or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’ is a general health service provider, providing cosmetic services in Melbourne. Following information received, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’, ‘Kinly Beauty’ and /or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’ has contravened the general Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and welfare. Jianfeng Zhang, director of Jian Li Melbourne Pty Ltd (trading as ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’ and/or ‘Kinly Beauty’ and/or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’), is a general health service provider providing cosmetic services in Melbourne.

Following information received, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes ‘Kinly Beauty Clinics’ and/or ‘Kinly Beauty’ and /or ‘Kinly Eye Beauty’ and Mr Zhang have contravened the general Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, and that it is necessary to make an interim prohibition order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and welfare. Nhung Huynh is a general health service provider who conducts cosmetic and medical procedures at St Albans, Victoria. Following information provided to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Nhung Huynh has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, such that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or welfare. Dr Brian Hickman is a general health service provider who provides psychotherapy and counselling services. Following information provided to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner considers that Dr Hickman may have breached the general code of conduct applying to the provision of health services and has made an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) under the Health Complaints Act 2016 to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public. Geoffrey Lane is a general health service provider who provides psychotherapy and counselling services. Following a complaint made to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Mr Lane may have breached the code of conduct applying to the provision of health services under the Health Complaints Act 2016, and that it was necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to protect the health, safety and/or welfare of the public. Jeanette Clabassi, also trading as ‘Onepure world’, is a general health service provider who provides diet and nutrition services.

Following information received by the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Ms Clabassi has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of the public. Natalie Kringoudis is a general health service provider who provides acupuncture, natural fertility, traditional Chinese medicine  and women’s health services in Albert Park, Victoria.

Following a complaint made to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Natalie Kringoudis has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers, and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety or welfare.

Qing Fan, also trading as ‘Laurel Beauty and Spa’, provides massage therapy services in Victoria.

Following information provided, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes Qing Fan has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or welfare. Faustine S Investments & Co Pty Ltd, trading as ‘Magic Massage’, is a general health service provider who provides massage therapy services.

The Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Faustine S Investments & Co Pty Ltd has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or public welfare. The Skin Boutique Australia (SX) Pty Ltd, also trading as ‘The Skin Boutique’, is a general health service provider who provides cosmetic services in Melbourne, CBD.

Following a complaint to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that The Skin Boutique Australia (SX) Pty Ltd has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of the public. Kai Liu, who also trades as ‘Laurel Beauty and Spa’ and Faustine S Investments & Co Pty Ltd, trading as ‘Magic Massage’, is a general health service provider who provides massage therapy services in Victoria.

The Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Kai Liu has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or welfare. Rama Prasad is a general health service provider who provides Ayurvedic health services. Following information provided to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner considered that Mr Prasad may have breached the code of conduct applying to the provision of health services such that it was necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order, under the Health Complaints Act 2016, to protect the health, safety and/or welfare of the public. Aliaa Mohammed Elmetwally Ismaeil Sherif, also trading as the ‘Feel Young Again Clinic’ and the ‘Good Life Antiaging Company Pty Ltd’, is a general health service provider who provides cosmetic services in Victoria. Following complaints made to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Ms Sherif has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or welfare. Aliaa Mohammed Elmetwally Ismaeil Sherif, also trading as the ‘Feel Young Again Clinic’ and the ‘Good Life Antiaging Company Pty Ltd’, is a general health service provider who provides cosmetic services in Victoria. Following complaints made to the Health Complaints Commissioner, the Commissioner reasonably believes that Ms Sherif has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of the public. Robert Loriente, also trading as ‘Coburg Massage’, is a general health service provider in Coburg.  The Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Robert Loriente has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or welfare. Victor Bennett is a general health service provider who provides mental health services, including counselling. Following information provided, the Health Complaints Commissioner considered that Mr Bennett may have breached a code of conduct applying to the provision of health services such that it was necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) under the Health Complaints Act 2016 to protect the health, safety or welfare of the public. Isabella Kleiman, trading as ‘Ancient Russian Healing’, is a general health service provider who provides healing and health consulting services. Following an investigation under the Health Complaints Act (2016) (Act), the Health Complaints Commissioner found that Ms Kleiman had breached the Code of Conduct for General Health Services in relation to her provision of healing and health consulting services and that a Prohibition Order was necessary under the Act to protect public health, safety and/or welfare. Richard Lawrence Malter is a general health service provider at the Electromedicine Clinic & Research Lab in Frankston. Following information received, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Mr Malter has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and welfare. Kathy Larrene Broady Todd, trading as ‘Discussing Dissociation’, also known as Kathy Broady,  is a general health service provider who provides in-person, video and telephone counselling and psychotherapy services. Following information provided, the Health Complaints Commissioner reasonably believes that Ms Broady Todd has contravened the General Code of Conduct applying to general health service providers and that it is necessary to make an Interim Prohibition Order (IPO) to avoid a serious risk to public health, safety and/or welfare. To view the IPO, see below.
