Yufei Mo (also known as Euphy), who also trades as Little M Image Management Workshop Studio and Little M, must not:
a) Advertise, or cause to be advertised, any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures (paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity), including any cosmetic surgical procedure that involves cutting the skin and any cosmetic medical procedure that involves piercing the skin, including injectable cosmetic treatments,
b) Offer, or cause to be offered, any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures (paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity), including any cosmetic surgical procedure that involves cutting the skin and any cosmetic medical procedure that involves piercing the skin, including injectable cosmetic treatments,
c) Provide, or cause to be provided, any cosmetic surgical or medical procedures (paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity), including any cosmetic surgical procedure that involves cutting the skin and any cosmetic medical procedure that involves piercing the skin, including injectable cosmetic treatments


until and unless Yufei Mo can satisfy the HCC that she has successfully completed training and obtained qualifications in Australia to provide cosmetic surgical and medical procedures (including any cosmetic surgical procedure that involves cutting the skin and any cosmetic medical procedure that involves piercing the skin, including injectable cosmetic treatments).


2. Yufei Mo must not establish, direct or otherwise operate any business that conducts any of the activities referred to in paragraphs 1(a) to (c) unless those activities are carried out by a person permitted to do so by Australian law.


3. Yufei Mo must not:
a) be in possession of, or store, any Schedule 4 poisons for cosmetic use, including Botulinum toxin (Botox) and hyaluronic acid injection preparations (dermal fillers)
b) Administer or cause to be administered to any person any Schedule 4 poisons for cosmetic use, including Botulinum toxin (Botox) and hyaluronic acid injection preparations (dermal fillers)
c) Administer or cause to be administered to any person any unregistered therapeutic good or scheduled medicine unless authorised to do so by Australian law.
