A free seminar on health privacy law in Victoria is being held on May 3.
Registrations are now open for this training session aimed at health service providers and staff in the private sector who collect, disclose or hold health information.
This two-hour session run by Health Complaints Commissioner staff will provide an overview of the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) and the legislation's health privacy principles. The seminar will focus on organisational responsibilities through case studies, group discussions and Q&A.
