If you still have concerns about our complaint handling process, contact the Victorian Ombudsman.
You can also request an internal review of a decision we made on your complaint. This should be requested via [email protected] within 3 months of your complaint being closed.
Unresolved concerns about how we handled your personal health information should be sent to the Commissioner via [email protected]. If this does not resolve the matter, you can complain about how we've handled your personal information to the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner, Privacy & Data Protection.
