Unresolved complaints about our complaint handling procedures can be directed to the Victorian Ombudsman at Level 2, 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne Vic 3000.

Unresolved complaints about how we have handled your personal health information should be directed to the Commissioner in writing at [email protected]. If this does not resolve the matter, you can complain about how we've handled your personal information under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 to the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner, Privacy & Data Protection at GPO Box 5057, Melbourne Vic 3001.
