The Engagement Officer will be responsible for the development and delivery of education and engagement programs and resources which will promote awareness of the HCC's role, confidence amongst consumers, families and carers to raise concerns and complaints, and build the capacity of services to effectively respond to complaints. The Engagement Officer will also provide support to the Senior Project and Governance Officer assisting with the Health Complaints Commissioner Advisory Council established under the Health Complaints Act 2016.
